Writing on executive leadership, strategy, and media and technology.
I work with organizations at moments of strategic inflection — when growth, systems, or leadership models must be created or evolved to meet new realities.
My background spans media, commerce, and technology, with a focus on building durable growth, modern operating structures, and clear decision frameworks in complex environments. I am most often trusted with work where scale, culture, and long-term value are being established or reshaped, not merely optimized.
Focus
Strategy & Institutional Growth
Designing growth systems that endure beyond cycles, channels, and short-term incentives, with attention to both economic and reputational outcomes.
Operating Models & Decision Architecture
Clarifying how decisions are made — aligning incentives, signals, and accountability across functions to support principled execution at scale.
Media, Technology & Public Responsibility
Advising on the role of media and platforms as institutions, shaping trust, participation, and cultural influence in a rapidly changing information environment.
Leadership Under Complexity
Leading and advising through ambiguity, transition, and pressure, with an emphasis on clarity, stewardship, and human judgment.

I currently serve as a Board Member of the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, supporting its mission at the intersection of education, culture, and public access. My work focuses on governance, institutional sustainability, and the role of cultural institutions in civic life.
I hold a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan, with early training in finance and global health shaping a long-standing interest in how capital, institutions, and incentives influence real-world outcomes.
I am drawn to work that values seriousness of purpose, clear thinking, and responsible leadership — as an executive, advisor, or collaborator.
